Do not be anxious, you need only to Be Still. God wants to calm your trembling heart and set you free. Pray to God in faith and ask Him to help you to fix your eyes totally on Him. Trust in the divine sedative found in Gods word and experience the peace and tranquility that He alone can give. Shaking hands, heart racing, palms sweating, cloudy thoughts, yes, sometimes it is so hard to experience stillness.
